Responsibilities

• Sharing responsibility for the guests' dining experience
• Wine and food pairing recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Training apprentices and new employees
• Cash register operations and invoicing
• Preparatory and follow-up tasks for the service staff or service teams in the bar and conference areas

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry and have already gained professional experience in upscale dining
• You have a keen sense of guests’ needs and concerns
• You may also already have a good knowledge of wine or hold a certification as a training supervisor (AEVO)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendliness and dedication are among your strengths
• You are characterized by a passion for your work
• Your confident demeanor, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and flexibility round out your profile
