This position is responsible for identifying needed prep and leading the line during service. You will be responsible for food preparation, presentation, and keeping the kitchen clean. If you have a love for learning, this is the job for you. **Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities**:* Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.* Ensure all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards. Work in close liaison with chef/sous chef.* Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
