We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef de partie to join our team at The Europa Hotel. Located near Gatwick Airport in Crawley, our 246-room hotel offers excellent public transportation links to nearby towns like Horsham and Horley.

Your duties will include:

• Control the quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation
• Control sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to ensure the highest quality
• Become part of a team of skilled chefs who have high standards and a desire to create excellent food time and time again.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work.
