Job summary

Hilton Head Health is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our expanding culinary team on Hilton Head Island. You will prepare food to the chef’s exact specifications, prep and set-up line stations, and work the line during meal periods while assisting the executive and sous chef with daily tasks.

The successful candidate will have solid knife skills, an interest in healthy cooking, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Two years line cook experience preferred.
• Culinary Degree preferred.
• Willing to train the right person with minimal experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to chef’s exact specifications.
