Job summary

Qualifications

• Five to seven years’ experience as a Sous chef, pastry chef, or specialty chef with a 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Valid health certifications, if required
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky racing and gaming license

Responsibilities

• Manage the Garrison Oak Steakhouse operations and lead kitchen staff.
• Estimate and post menu forecasts based on guest counts and holidays.
• Review staffing to meet budgeted labor and delegate duties as needed.
• Train and develop staff; participate in hiring and evaluations.
• Ensure sanitation, portion sizes, and food quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with events and promotions with the marketing team.
• Uphold company policies, safety, and security procedures.
