The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking an experienced chef for our senior living community in Minnesota. The Chef will prepare menus approved by the Manager of Dining Services, delivering healthful, beautifully presented dishes in a restaurant-style setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to pass course.
• Knowledge of multiple cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food handling processes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare recipes using fresh ingredients to ensure a fine dining experience for residents and guests.
• Participate directly in daily kitchen operations: cooking, serving and cleaning under the direction of the Manager of Dining Services.
• Work as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests.
• Meet organizational and regulatory expectations, including sanitation, food preparation, menus, nutrition, and documentation.
