The Westin Tempe, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Tempe, AZ. This full-time role focuses on menu execution, leadership and culinary excellence.

You will oversee operations, supervise staff, manage purchasing and inventory, ensure proper food safety, and report to the Executive Chef. A passion for fresh ingredients and high standards is required. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition and be a team player.
• Must be able to transport cases of goods weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
