Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah seeks a Chef de Cuisine to assist the Silver Lake Executive Chef at the Royal Street Café. You will direct kitchen operations, drive innovative, premier-quality dishes, and control costs while delivering exceptional guest service and profitability.

You’ll oversee production flow, train cooks, supervise staff, and ensure safety, hygiene, and dress standards in a fast-paced, seasonally driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Proven cost control, forecasting, and labor management skills.
• Fluency in English and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen staff and Sous Chefs in daily operations.
• Develop seasonal menus with creative, cost-conscious items.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Forecast, schedule, and manage payroll and staffing needs.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
