Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead High Tides, the resort's new restaurant concept. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, drive menu execution, and uphold the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service within a luxury environment.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will manage labor and costs, ensure sanitation and safety, and collaborate with leadership to deliver unforgettable dining experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily culinary operations of High Tides, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, seasonal offerings, culinary innovation, and special events.
• Oversee all kitchen colleagues, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established recipes, specifications, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels to maximize efficiency while maintaining service excellence.
• Monitor and control food cost, labor cost, waste, and inventory levels to achieve financial goals.
