Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a luxury resort. The role includes coaching staff, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with Front Desk and other hotel teams to ensure smooth arrivals, service, and guest satisfaction.

You will share local knowledge on activities and venues, manage guest requests with accuracy, and uphold Four Seasons standards. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum hospitality experience and customer service focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with guests with poise and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Train Concierge staff and lead day-to-day performance to meet service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests with knowledge of local attractions.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and guest experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date information on city activities, restaurants, and events for guests.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and promptly.

About the location:

A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. What you will do:

• Takes part in the interview process and trains the Concierge Staff. Takes the lead in day-to-day performance of the staff. Coaches staff to achieve Core and Service Culture standards.

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints;assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions,etc.

• Responds to all guest requests inan accurateandtimelymanner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

• Assures that Concierge Staff knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) andestablishesclose contacts with vendors in these areastoprovide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

• Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.

• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming inan accurateandtimelymanner.

-Utilizesa variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and toassureproper billing.

• Works closely with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff and Valet Parking toassuresmooth handling of guest arrivals and departures.

-Assistswith responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the lobby coverage and door.

What you bring:

-Pre-opening experience, project, and stakeholder management.

• College degree preferably in hotel/restaurant management, or equivalent experience.

-Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

-Requires working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.

-Ability to read, write, and speak English.
-This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.Day and evening shifts.
