Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in Joliet, IL is seeking a Cook to join our team. You will prepare hot and cold menu items, work on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line, and ensure proper portioning and presentation according to recipes.

Experience in senior living, restaurants, or catering is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and weekend availability are essential to provide high-quality meals for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
