Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Cheesemonger to become the in-store expert in our Cheese Shoppe. You will educate customers on cheese attributes, provide exceptional service, and maintain accurate stocking and presentation.

The role requires knowledge of natural cheeses, handling, labeling, and efficient service from a friendly, customer-focused team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, a passion for cheese, and strong merchandising skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably with cheese.
• Knowledge and passion for specialization of cheese and varieties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and cheese education.
• Handle cheese cutting, wrapping, labeling, and stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized display cases; monitor temperature and freshness.
