Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably working with cheese.
• Culinary/cheese knowledge or continued cheese education a plus.
• Knowledge and passion for cheese varieties, pairing, origins, and tastes.

Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of natural cheeses and proper handling during cutting, wrapping, labeling, and stocking.
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of cases and display signage.
• Manage department schedule, training, coaching, and competitive shops.
