Carr Valley Cheese in Mauston, WI is seeking a Cheesemaking Production Assistant to support cheesemaking production, sanitation and quality control. No experience required—we will train the right candidate. A Paid Cheesemaker Apprenticeship Program is available with a pathway to Wisconsin licensure.
