Job summary

Murray’s Cheese is seeking a Specialist to support merchandising, training, and operations in Murray’s Cheese shops to enhance customer experience and hit sales targets.

The role involves 1–4 days of travel weekly, extensive product knowledge, CCP preferred, and leadership of store teams to execute customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies. Join a team focused on brand standards and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and take informed actions.
• Experience in training and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to execute customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies to Murray’s standard to achieve sales goals.
• Administer Murray’s Cheese Core Curriculum for new store teams and conduct trainings.
• Coach staff on brand standards and ensure compliance across stores.
• Coordinate with DCS and division leaders for events and staffing.
