Job summary

Murray’s Cheese Specialist in Michigan is a full-time role based in Birmingham, MI. You will lead store teams to execute customer service, merchandising and sales strategies that align with Murray’s standards to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities include administering Murray’s Core Curriculum for new teams, conducting trainings, and maintaining brand standards across the region. You will also manage travel to focus stores and participate in engagement events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail experience, preferably in cheese.
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals.
• CCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to execute customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies to Murray’s standard, in order to achieve sales goals.
• Administer Murray’s Cheese Core Curriculum for all new store teams, including hands-on operational & production training, classroom-based training and educational product tastings.
• Coach, teach and train store teams to understand and uphold Murray’s Brand Standards.
• Schedule travel and store visits to ensure a strategic balance and focus on new store openings, sales targets and territory management.
