Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Cheese towers and related equipment.
• Identify flows from HCVs to packaging and complete Product Transitions.
• Troubleshoot plant issues with equipment and processes.
• Operate CIP and COP sanitation systems and perform inspections.
• Take In-Process samples as assigned.
• Communicate safety, food safety, and quality issues to leadership.
• Learn and operate computer-based controls.
• Ensure proper product handling and reforming procedures.
• Participate in training and buddy training activities.
• Prioritize food safety and sanitation per policies.
• Report safety issues promptly.
