Qualifications

• Experience in management or food retail, or a two-year culinary degree.
• Willing to taste cheese daily and support cheese initiatives.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; strong coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Murray’s Cheese experience through interactive customer service, education, cross-selling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Lead and develop staff to be knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
• Ensure policy compliance, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
• Place orders and maintain inventory; organize weekly in-store selling events.
• Contribute to store sales and profit goals; manage shrink and labor costs.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
