Job summary

Murray’s Cheese Shop at Kroger in Noblesville, IN seeks a store operations leader to drive the Murray’s Cheese experience. You will lead staff, train on cheese knowledge, and ensure exceptional customer service within the store environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory control, and weekly event planning. Must be able to mentor a team, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

Management experience or food retail experience or two year culinary degree.
Willing to taste cheese daily.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong leadership, training and staff development abilities.
Ability to multi-task and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain the Murray’s Cheese experience through interactive service and merchandising.
Lead and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Ensure policies and safety procedures are followed across the deli/cheese shop.
Place orders and maintain inventory; set up weekly in-store events.
Contribute to store sales, shrink control, and labor scheduling.
Coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
