Remedy Intelligent Staffing is hiring Cheese Laborers in Chilton, Wisconsin. This hands-on production role supports packaging and sanitation in a team environment, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 10+ hours per shift.

Shifts include 1:00 PM–11:30 PM on second shift and 9:00 PM–7:30 AM on third shift, with pay of $24.70/hour base plus $3.00/hour evening/night premium and $2.25/hour weekend premium. Benefits may include healthcare and PTO.

Qualifications

Physical stamina to stand 10+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Teamwork and reliability to work as part of a production line.
Willingness to work Second or Third shift as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Lift and place 7-pound cheese blocks onto conveyor belts for packaging.
Stack product into large plastic totes.
Move filled totes using a pallet truck to the sealing station.
Transfer sealed totes to the cooler for storage.
Maintain safe and efficient workflow throughout the production process.
Assist with nightly sanitation of production equipment, including conveyor belts, packaging machinery, and production surfaces.
Perform wet cleaning activities while wearing protective rain gear and PPE.
Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
