Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking Cheese Laborers to join a growing production team in Chilton, Wisconsin. This hands-on role involves supporting packaging and sanitation, lifting cheese blocks, stacking totes, and moving items with a pallet truck.

You’ll follow strict food safety and workplace safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. Roles operate across second and third shifts, with competitive hourly pay and shift premiums.

We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Cheese Laborers in Chilton, Wisconsin. This hands‑on production role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to the production of high‑quality cheese products.

What You'll Do

As a Cheese Laborer, you will support packaging and sanitation operations within the facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Lift and place 7‑pound cheese blocks onto conveyor belts for packaging.
• Stack product into large plastic totes.
• Move filled totes using a pallet truck to the sealing station.
• Transfer sealed totes to the cooler for storage.
• Maintain safe and efficient workflow throughout the production process.
• Assist with nightly sanitation of production equipment, including:
  • Conveyor belts
  • Packaging machinery
  • Production surfaces
• Perform wet cleaning activities while wearing protective rain gear and PPE.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.

Possible Schedules:

Second Shift

• Monday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Friday
• 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Third Shift

• Monday – Thursday + 1 hour into Friday
• 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay & Benefits

Base Pay: $24.70/hour

Shift Premiums:

• +$3.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• +$2.25/hour for weekend hours worked
