Job summary

Emmi Roth’s Production team is seeking members to support cheese making in a food manufacturing setting. You will assist in forming, flipping, brining, and quality checks while maintaining sanitation across equipment.

Ideal candidates have basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and the stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in cheese making or food manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand long periods.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating machinery and equipment used in cheese making for smooth production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Load and unload raw materials and cheese using manufacturing equipment.
• Move products safely within the facility using pallet jacks or carts.
• Prepare equipment and materials for production activities.
• Monitor production lines and ensure flow of operations.
• Conduct quality checks and document results per specifications.
• Ensure proper labeling and adherence to Affinage guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Follow ERU food safety policies and government regulations.
