Qualifications

• Previous experience in sanitation or janitorial work in a food processing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality sanitation environment.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and temperature changes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of all areas in the food manufacturing facility, including production lines, equipment, and storage areas.
• Monitor CIP system flow rates, time, temperature, steps and conductivity.
• Follow standard cleaning procedures to meet food safety regulations and maintain a sanitary environment.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for cleaning and sanitization.
• Record daily chemical use in the CIP log and ensure charts are updated.
