Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing and forklift operation preferred.
• Prior dairy or cheese industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble carts and place cheesecloth and liners into boxes.
• Load and unload carts into a vacuum chamber and monitor vacuum pressure.
• Clean, sanitize, and inspect carts and pans; maintain housekeeping.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety, sanitation, and GMP policies.
• Assist with training new employees and support maintenance as needed.
