Responsibilities

Maintain familiarity with cheese making equipment and provide quality inspections.

Ensure curd is processed promptly to protect freshness and texture.
Communicate with departments and meet daily deadlines.
Document information clearly and accurately per SOPs.
Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through continuous improvement.
Report safety and quality issues to management promptly.
