Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with cheese making equipment and provide quality inspections.
• Test, monitor, and batch products according to procedures and policies.
• Ensure curd handling and processing to protect freshness and texture.
• Communicate with departments and meet daily deadlines.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, legible, and complete with required information.
• Document information per SOPs and analyze data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and report food safety issues.
• Follow GMP and all regulatory, safety, and sanitation requirements.
