Job summary

DFA/Kemps Dairy in Le Mars, IA is seeking warehouse operators to perform picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, and loading/unloading for outbound deliveries. Work at any station or line in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating various material handling equipment and maintaining safety while meeting daily targets. Must pass pre-employment screenings; high school diploma preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; overtime and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery
• Safely operate various material handling equipment within warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment
• Work at any station or line assigned to support efficient operations
