Job summary

Performance Foodservice in the United States is seeking a sanitation associate for the cheese processing area. You will perform cleaning and sanitization of cheese packaging machinery and facilities, ensuring FDA and SQF compliance and smooth production flow.

Responsibilities include PPE, equipment safety checks, preparing daily sanitation paperwork, disassembling/reassembling equipment, applying cleaners and sanitizers, and maintaining cleanliness per Master Sanitation Schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 0-6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Put on all required PPE and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Obtain work schedule and sanitation paperwork; prepare for operations.
• Disassemble/assemble production equipment and remove guards as required.
• Apply cleaning chemicals and sanitizers; scrub and rinse machinery and parts.
• Perform end-of-shift housekeeping and sanitation duties as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned on the Master Sanitation schedule.
