Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitization of cheese packaging and processing areas.
• Adhere to FDA regulations and SQF standards to maintain quality.
• Maintain clean premises in accordance with Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Work with the sanitation crew to complete assigned tasks and paperwork.
• Wear required PPE, operate safety equipment, and report hazards.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed and manage waste.
• Complete end-of-shift housekeeping and related duties.
