Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment supporting cheese making operations (pasteurizers and cheese making equipment)
• Support warehouse operations with moving product and packages via forklift
• Maintain sanitation procedures and SOPs
• Visually inspect product as received, processed and packaged for defects
• Record and interpret data to optimize cheese making operations and storage
• Communicate with Operators, leaders and other departments to ensure smooth operations
