Responsibilities

• Total operation of sanitation shifts, supported by Shift Production Manager.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation schedule and CIP circuits.
• Coordinate with Quality for validation on product surfaces.
• Perform chemical checks and log information in the computer.
• Maintain MES logs for sanitation team and assist maintenance with repairs.
• Collaborate with Cheese Sanitation Team Leader and Cheese Department on training materials.
