Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, dairy experience preferred.
• Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain certification (Powered Industrial Truck).
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills; SAP experience a plus; good data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Stage, weigh and prepare products per SOPs.
• Monitor pasteurization process and record data with accuracy.
• Conduct analytical testing and report deviations to supervisor.
• Follow allergen protocols and SOPs in detail.
• Operate tanks, pumps, and equipment; perform clean-up and CIP/SIP operations.
• Complete records and data entry neatly; participate in environmental controls.
