Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking workers for bulk cheese preparation, bagging, brine handling, and packaging in our California facility. You will load, pack, palletize, and verify codes and labels while maintaining clean, safe equipment and areas. Training on robots and packaging setups is provided.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and use safety equipment.
• Able to work in a physical environment as described in the Work Environment section.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging.
• Bag cheese and smoke cheese as called for on the daily production plan.
• Work in Brine area as assigned and ensure correct vat is released.
• Fill out brine paperwork accurately.
• Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes; load into packaging machines.
• Palletize products and verify codes and labels.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
• Learn operation of robots and adjust as needed.
• Set up case erector and top sealer for boxes.
