Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking personnel for on-site cheese preparation, packaging, and line operations in California. You will bag, box, label, and palletize cheese, operate packaging machinery, and assist with robotic systems and case erectors.

Safety and accuracy are emphasized on every shift. The role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following all safety procedures, and contributing to overall production quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging.
• Bag all cheese, smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan.
• Work in Brine area as assigned.
• Ensure correct vat is being released.
• Responsible for ensuring brine paperwork is filled out accurately.
• Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes.
• Make boxes.
• Load cheese into packaging machine.
• Check packages for correct code dates and labels.
• Palletize all products.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
• Learn operation of the robots, make adjustments as needed.
• Setup case erector and top sealer for boxes.
