Job summary

Confidentiel is a local cheese company in New York seeking dependable Packaging Associates for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM) to help deliver high-quality products. Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with steady hours and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include packaging and inspecting products to meet quality standards, following safety procedures, keeping the work area clean, and helping on other packaging areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and hardworking.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package and inspect cheese products according to quality and safety standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist in other packaging and production areas as needed.
