Job summary

Klondike Cheese Co. is seeking a Packager to join our team for 1st shift. The role involves packing cheese products, inspecting labels, and maintaining quality on the packaging line.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility, 401(k) with company match, plus paid time off and paid holidays. Shift typically starts at 5:00am and runs 8–9 hours per day, Monday–Friday with every other Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging and quality control preferred.
• Ability to operate packaging machinery and manually handle materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging line to fill and package products.
• Load cheese into packaging equipment and assist with line duties.
• Inspect products and labels for accuracy and quality.
• Record product and order information on forms.
• Clean equipment and work areas and document sanitation as required.
• Move pallets and assist with material handling.
• Stop machines and report malfunctions to supervisor.
