Job summary

Saputo is hiring for a packaging line role in the United States. You will set up and operate packaging equipment, monitor product quality, and perform routine checks to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with line schedules.

Responsibilities include packaging cheese, recording data, performing detectors and sanitation, and collaborating with teammates to meet production targets while upholding Saputo’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Reliability, honesty, and respectfulness.

• Ability to multi-task and self-motivate.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; SAP experience desired.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shift punctually and fulfill duties.
• Maintain the work area for safety and efficiency on the packaging line.
• Package cheese and verify specifications; document verifications.
• Perform metal detector checks and sanitation as required.
• Complete packaging paperwork and ensure correct counts and labeling.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet line targets and promote teamwork.
