Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring for a production worker on our cheese packaging line in Wisconsin. This role involves rotating positions, adhering to GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP and H&S policies, and ensuring product quality and accurate packaging according to production sheets.

Responsibilities include setting up packaging equipment, reading production worksheets, labeling, palletizing, and maintaining clean, safe lines while meeting shift requirements and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Lift 20–40 lb repeatedly during shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting and standing on concrete.
• Overtime as required by production needs.
• Basic numerical and measurement calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S.
• Efficiently package cheese into specified materials.
• Identify out-of-spec products; follow notification protocol.
• Set up packaging processes and equipment.
• Read and follow production worksheets.
• Rotate through all line positions and perform data entry.
