Job summary

Sartori Cheese Brand is seeking a Relief Operator I for the West Main facility in Plymouth, WI. This role supports multiple positions in the Cheese Manufacturing operation, relieving Table Operator and Packaging Operator roles on the 1st shift in a 2-2-3 rotation from 4am to 4pm.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, training others in Tables, Packaging, Shipping and Sanitation, and ensuring compliance with safety, HACCP and GMP policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
• Cheese manufacturing experience preferred in the cheese industry.
• Basic food sanitation knowledge and ability to operate in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Table Operator, Packaging Operator, Packaging & Shipping, and Food Sanitation roles as needed.
• Anticipate needs, organize duties, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
• Train other team members across Tables, Packaging, Shipping and Sanitation.
• Follow Safety, HACCP and GMP policies; report food safety or quality issues immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.
