Job summary

Albertsons Companies — Denver cheese production facility is seeking a Cheese Maker Operator to operate cheese-making equipment and support daily production at our Milk plant in Denver, CO. The role offers a 26.67 USD hourly rate with comprehensive benefits and a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating cooking equipment, assisting with start-up/shutdown, ensuring proper batches, and coordinating with labs for testing while maintaining sanitation and safety

Qualifications

• Previous dairy experience is preferred but not required.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Perform basic math with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Stand/ walk almost the entire workday.

Responsibilities

• Cheese Cook-Cheese Making.
• Operate all equipment to cook cheese and support start-up/shutdown processes.
• Receive batches and ensure product flow.
• Partner with lab on samples and required testing.
• Maintain sanitation and keep workstation clean and organized.
• Follow SOPs for Cheese Making and food safety.
