Job summary

Grande Cheese Company in Wisconsin is seeking a manufacturing teammate to perform a variety of tasks in cheese production, including setting up and monitoring equipment, testing and inspecting, and providing feedback to leadership.

You will assist with training programs, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, and handle data entry. If you strive for consistency, this is the job for you!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or better; 1 year related work experience or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
• Able to lift 20-50 lbs; work in humid and extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor cheese production equipment, test and inspect products, and provide feedback to leadership.
• Assist with training programs and monitor/troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform data entry as part of daily operations.

Pay Range

$24.29 based on position and experience. $3 Night shift premium (6pm – 6am) and $2.25 Weekend shift premium (Saturday and Sunday shifts). Could earn $1,500 in bonuses your first year.

Schedule

Monday-Saturday with two rotating days off

Qualifications

Preferred: High School Diploma or better. Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

20-50lbs lifting, climbing, humid, extreme cold and extreme hot temperatures.
