Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Read, follow and update SOPs as equipment/processes change.
• Communicate with shift supervisor and lead person regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate cheese HCV’s and pasteurizers while maintaining high safety and quality levels.
• Utilize GPS processes, driving zero losses and uphold Glanbia values.
• Maintain records and paperwork accurately.
• Take samples in a timely manner.
• Communicate regularly with shift supervisor and lead person.
• Ensure cheese quality meets customer specifications.
• Follow recipes and schedule to meet customer needs.
• Stay current with SOPs as equipment and process change.
• Comply with safety regulations and food safety mandates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular and timely attendance required.
