Job summary

Leprino Foods in Roswell, NM is seeking a Cheese GRD Operator to re-process cheese for the mixer line, maintain GMP compliance, and support data entry for feed rate and pallet tracking. You will interact with Processing, Warehouse, and other operators to ensure smooth refinish operations and safe handling of materials.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work a 24/7 operation with overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and English reading/writing proficiency.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and data entry.
• Commitment to safety policies, GMP/SOP adherence and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Combine input cheese blends to produce acceptable product.
• Monitor and control cheese inventory for refinishing.
• Report scrap usage and production pounds accurately.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the refinish room.
