Job summary

Leprino Lubbock is seeking an L2 Cheese Line Attendant to monitor block product lines, inspect product quality, and support efficient production operations in a fast-paced dairy facility.

The role offers an hourly pay of $21.35 with a $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am, and weekly pay. Must be 18+, able to understand English, and capable of multitasking while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions.
• Ability to understand and apply standard operating procedures.
• Ability to maintain clean work area according to good manufacturing processes.
• Ability to complete written reports, and enter data into and pull data from computer systems.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practices.
• Good communication skills to communicate with co-workers and oncoming/outgoing shifts.
• Ability to work any shift, weekends, holidays and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Monitor block product lines and assist with inspections.
• Operate MES data entry and monitor line performance.
• Navigate Wonderware HMI and conveyor controls.
• Load/unload blocks and handle packaging materials.
• Retain cheese samples for testing and track changes.
• Maintain area cleanliness and 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs at all times.
• Complete assigned GMP and housekeeping duties.
