Job summary

Leprino Lubbock is seeking a L2 Cheese Line Attendant to monitor block product lines, assist inspection, and support efficient block production with continuous uptime at the Lubbock, TX facility.

The role involves following SOPs, GMPs, data entry, MES navigation, and safe operation of pallet jacks and conveyors. Eligible candidates must be 18+, speak English, and be able to multitask. Shift flexibility and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and SOPs for block production and line operations.
• Clean and sanitize equipment per GMPs.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.
• Operate MES navigation and data entry for sample results and tracking.
• Navigate conveyor controls through HMI and operate pallet jacks safely.
• Load and unload blocks from brine cages and conveyors.
• Retain samples for testing and monitor product quality.
