Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and dependable After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead exciting cheerleading and dance enrichment programs for elementary-aged students at Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL.

This part-time, after-school role runs Monday through Friday, with 1.5-hour sessions between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Pay is $45 per session ($30 per hour), and no lesson planning is required; curriculum, music, and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in cheer, dance, gymnastics, or coaching is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to Dundee Elementary in Dundee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging cheer and dance classes for elementary students.
• Follow BBA's curriculum and activities.
• Teach age-appropriate cheer motions, basic dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and teamwork.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
