Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• X-Ray screening and access-control/badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor and manage facility access, verify credentials, and record visitors.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, yards, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report security hazards and irregularities per site procedures.
