Zusammenfassung

TESO LIFE is seeking a Cashier Team Leader to oversee the store's checkout area, ensure accurate pricing, and coach cashiers to deliver friendly service. You will manage replenishment, shelving, and display maintenance while upholding cash-handling security and on-time reporting of exceptions.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or above.
• Retail experience preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Familiar with merchandising, replenishment, price labels, expiration management, customer service, cleanliness, and records.
• Strong execution, sense of responsibility, communication, and teamwork.
