Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member in a busy California store. You will help ensure a smooth checkout, assist customers, and keep the front-end area organized throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include processing purchases accurately, restocking, bagging, and addressing customer questions while staying flexible in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is helpful, with training provided on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older (18+ in some states) to work in retail.
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and effective communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions and payments accurately at checkout.
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end area throughout shifts.
• Respond to pricing, transaction or customer service questions as needed.
