Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to help provide a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will handle transactions, assist shoppers, and keep the front end clean and organized throughout the shift.

This role emphasizes friendly communication, accuracy in scanning and pricing, and adaptability to varying customer flow. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with training provided on hire.

Qualificações

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements).
• Completion of company cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Create a smooth and positive checkout experience for customers.
• Scan items, bag groceries, and answer customer questions.
• Keep the front end organized, clean, and running consistently throughout the day.
• Rotate between tasks such as handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area.
• Adapt to changing priorities and customer flow during shifts.
